Deletion and Auto-Renewal Policy

A Domain name is registered for period of 1-10 years, and can be renewed for period of 1-10 years. We will notify the clients 14 days before new invoice date. All recurring invoices will be sent 14 days before the domain name expiration date. The notification will include instructions about the domain name renewal.

If a client does not wish to renew a domain name, domain can be deleted any up until 14 days before the expiry date.

We tend to help our clients avoid accidental deletion of a domain name, and because of that we may, but aren't obliged to, offer an Auto-Renew Grace Period after the expiration of domain name's renewal date. Auto-Renew Grace Period (ARGP) starts the day after domain name's expiration date. From the day of expiration, the AGRP period lasts 45 days. During this time clients can renew a domain name.

In case the domain is not renewed during the Auto Renew Grace Period, as described above, we will be forced to cancel the domain name registration. Therefore, the domain name will enter the Redemption Grace Period. Redemption Grace Period (RGP) means the domain will be disabled and will no longer resolve in the DNS. From that moment, RGP lasts 30 days. During this time we can restore the domain name for a fee of $100 plus the cost of one-year domain name renewal according to current pricing.

If the domain name is not restored during the Redemption Grace Period (RGP), it will go to "Pending Delete" mode for an additional 5 days. After the 5 days the domain name will be deleted, and become available for registration.
